About UMFA

The Upper Midwest Flute Association is a nonprofit organization founded in the Twin Cities in 1979 with the main purpose of being the premier local organization dedicated solely to the art of flute playing. We are an organization for flutists of all ages, levels and skills with members from various regions of the Upper Midwest. • Marathon Concert (a fundraiser for the Scholarship Program)
  
• Occasional Parlor Concerts open to all members to perform a work in progress before a friendly audience.
